Rates
$60 for the first session,
$50 per session after that.
Please note: you are paying for a clinical hour, which is 45 minutes. If you would like a longer session there will be an additional fee of $10 per 15 minute increments (rounding up to the next 15 minute increment if ending after less than 15 minutes). If you have arranged for a two-hour session it will actually be 90 minutes.
Insurance
Due to a number of issues I am not able to accept insurance at this time. However, I am credentialed with most major Insurance companies, so, If you would like, I can provide a receipt with all the information you need to turn in a claim yourself.
Payment must be made through my website and prior to the session beginning. You have the option to use your PayPal account, or you can use any major credit or debit card. On the "Make a Payment" page, put in the amount you are paying and click on Alliance Behavioral Health. It will take you to PayPal where you can pay with your account. If you prefer to use a card, scroll down a little and it gives you the option to pay as a guest.
If you do not have your payment at the time of your scheduled session, I will be happy to reschedule your appointment for a date that is more convenient for you. Although I love what I do, and I do this because I care and want to make a difference... this is also how I make my living. Please do not ask me to make exceptions.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, or if you cancel less than 2 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a fee of $15. If you cancel your appointment less than 2 hours before you are scheduled, but I am able to fill that slot, you will not be charged the cancellation fee. Also, if your appointment is early in the day and you leave a voicemail for me the night before you are covered.
